Paladin Aerospace — Company

Matthew A. Bauermeister, President

As a licensed FAA Airframe and Powerplant mechanic from 1979 to present, Matt Bauermeister has enjoyed earning a living in this industry. In a career designed to support a flying habit Matt has purposely pursued every avenue to learn and grow his aviation skills and experience to become a recognized technical expert in aircraft experimental flight testing, product certification, maintenance, inspection and continued airworthiness issues facing today's aircraft owners and operators.

Matt Bauermeister's delegated authorizations as a representative of the US Federal Aviation Administration and of the Bermuda Department of Civil Aviation reflects the trust placed on his experience and his ability to solve problems for those regulatory agencies.

Michael Webster, Vice President of Operations

Prior to joining Paladin Aerospace, Mike gained extensive experience with a major  FAR 121 airline. His 25 years in aviation were focused on aircraft maintenance and quality control. In his airline career as Director of Maintenance, Chief Quality Control Inspector and later as Technical Manager for an international aircraft leasing company, Mike's experience in negotiating lease contracts, return conditions and various US and foreign regulations have proven to be a valuable asset to Paladin Aerospace and our clients.

Wayne Fugate, Director of Quality Assurance

After earning my FAA Airframe and Power plant mechanic’s license in 1982 from South Seattle Community College. I started working in general aviation, then moving to performing heavy maintenance of rotorcraft. October of 1985 I started work at a large aerospace company located in the Pacific Northwest starting a 31-year career. I spent over 15 years working as flight line inspector and manager in flight test quality organization. Then to an asset management position managing a portfolio of aircraft that were entering the secondary market. This included lease returns, delivery, audit and reposition of transport aircraft. Prior to my retirement, I was a manager in Regulatory Administration and the Administrator for the Manufacturing & Maintenance Unit responsible for all locations. At the time of my retirement I held all ODA function codes for manufacturing and MRA.
